Alexander S. Tereschenko writes "I uploaded the very first release of Futuris Perl Editor 0.1 beta to http://futuris.itsoft.ru/ and hope to get some feedback from testers. This Perl editor differs from Notepad with two things:

1. Size :(
2. Syntax Highlightning :)

I invite anyone interested to participate in beta-testing. Thank you. Alexander S. Tereschenko tereschenko@bigfoot.com"

I've been using EditPlus. It has syntax highlighting, autocompletion, cliptext and a cool output window that can caputure command line output. It can also be highly custom configured. It's not free, but it's cheap at $30. Sorry, windows only.
