The number of Perl 6 RFCs hit 103 yesterday. The 100th RFC is Embed full URI support into Perl by Nathan Wiger, allowing URIs like "file:///local/etc/script.conf" to be passed to builtin file functions and operators.
These RFCs are getting way out of hand. I hope Larry wasn't 100% serious when he said that Perl 6 was going to be a creation of the Perl community!
