ask, the perl 6 sysadmin and perl.org mailing list guy, writes "Most @perl.org mailinglists are archived at www.mail-archive.com. It's sometimes lagging hours behind though and for example for the bootstrap list that means quite a few mails.
So I have now setup archives for a few of the new mailinglists at tmtowtdi.perl.org (the box hosting the mailinglists, cpan.org, ftp.perl.org and others). In not too long I'll probably have the rest of the @perl.org mailinglists available there too.
